Emma Rose

Co-Chair

From Calgary, Alberta, Emma Rose is in the fifth year of her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of New Brunswick – Fredericton, where she will complete double minors in French and Economics.  Throughout her time at UNB, Emma has been actively involved with campus life. She is a peer mentor with the Faculty of Management and has completed three co-op terms with Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada with the Global Innovation Clusters. Emma is very excited about the 2023 NBWIB Conference and for people to get together to learn and celebrate equity, diversity and inclusion. 

Tasneem Bint Abdul Majid

Co-Chair

Originally from Bangladesh & born and brought up in Dubai, UAE, Tasneem is going into her fourth year of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at UNB. Tasneem is doing a major in marketing, a minor in economics and a concentration in International Business. Due to her passion for entrepreneurship, she is actively involved in her startup and works part-time as a National Partnerships Student at the Business Development Bank of Canada. She is also highly involved in the Executive positions of the Clubs&Teams at UNB. Most notably, she serves as the Vice-President Internal of EnactusUNB and Teaching Assistant for Economics courses. Tasneem is super-excited to be serving as the Co-Chair of NBWIB and can’t wait for the first-ever Case Competition in 2022 and the incredible Conference in 2023!

Kaitlyn Scott

Marketing Director

Originally from Woodstock, NB, Kaitlyn Scott is in her fourth and final year as a Business Administration student at the University of New Brunswick. Kaitlyn is pursuing her Honours in Finance, a Minor in Psychology, and a Concentration in Marketing. She is an active member of the UNB Business Administration Undergraduate Society, serving as the Vice President of Marketing this year and is also a Beaverbrook Scholar. She is super excited to be a part of the NBWIB team for the second consecutive year and cannot wait to work with the rest of the team to deliver some incredible events this year!  

Mia Dinh

Internal Director

From Vietnam, Phuong Ha Dinh is her full name but she goes with Mia when in Canada. Mia is in her fifth year of her Bachelor in Business Administration degree at the University of New Brunswick - Fredericton. She will complete her major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Economics next May. Beside her study life, she is involved in numerous volunteer projects on campus like the UNBSU’s breakfast program, Wellness Team’s de-stress week, and most recently, NBWIB. As Internal Director, Mia is looking forward to delivering exciting activities and an inspirational conference that empower women to be confident and not afraid to be wrong. 

Tashi Dorji

Communication Director

From, the tiny Himalayan country of Bhutan, Tashi Dorji is in her 4th year and is completing her BA Economics honours with a minor in BBA. As the communications director, she is excited to bring interesting blog posts and keep the NBWIB community engaged. She is passionate and excited about the events that are going to be brought to you by the organization. 

Asees Sangha

Delegate Coordinator

From Punjab,India, Asees Sangha is a second year business administration student at the University of New Brunswick. She is planning to major in Finance. She enjoys participating in extracurriculars and is also a part of the Business Administration Undergraduate Society (BAUS). She worked as a student assistant over the summers for a co-op term. Asees is looking forward to all the delegates participating in the conferences and making the most out of it.


Chelsea Campbell

Finance Director

From Moncton, New Brunswick, Chelsea Campbell is a third-year business administration student at the University of New Brunswick. She plans to graduate with honours in finance before pursuing a career in corporate law. Throughout her time at UNB, Chelsea has been actively involved with campus life. She is a member of Bridge to Capital Markets, has previously held positions on UNB’s Business Administration Undergraduate Society, and was last year’s Internal Director for the NBWIB Conference. As this year’s Finance Director, Chelsea seeks to deliver an empowering and engaging conference that leaves all delegates prepared to navigate their career path.

Boluwatife Fabamwo

Budget Coordinator

From Lagos, Nigeria, Boluwatife Fabamwo (or Tife) is currently in her third-year of the Faculty of Management program at the University of New Brunswick - Fredericton, where she is pursuing an honours in Accounting and concentration in Finance. Tife is an active volunteer in a number of campus and off-campus societies and projects. Boluwatife is looking forward to all the attendees taking part in all the activities for this year and most especially excited for the first ever NBWIB Case Competition!


Nhi Tran

Logistics Director

From Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, Nhi Tran is currently in her second year of her Bachelor in Business Administration degree at University of New Brunswick. She plans to take concentration in Logistics and a major in Accounting. She has actively involved in many societies and projects on campus such as VP Events of Vietnamese Student Association (VSAF) and the logistics director for NBWIB. Her passion is to empower women's voices and celebrate diversity and inclusion through inspiring upcoming events.
