Katherine Walsh

Co-chair

Katherine Walsh is one of the Co-Chairs of the NBWIB Conference. She is a third-year Bachelor of Leadership Studies student at the University of New Brunswick- Fredericton, where she will graduate in December 2021 with a minor in business administration. She is extremely excited for the 2021 NBWIB Conference because she feels that with the unusual past year, this year's conference is an amazing opportunity to come together, network, learn and build each other up. Kate wants participants to leave the conference feeling inspired, empowered, and motivated! Along with her Co-Chair, Kate oversees almost everything, and anything related to NBWIB. Eilish Keaveney

Co-Chair

Eilish Keaveney is one of the Co-Chairs for the NBWIB Conference. She is in her fourth year of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the University of New Brunswick - Fredericton, where she will be graduating in 2022 with a major in human resources and concentrations in international business and marketing. Eilish is passionate about the advancement of women in business and supporting local, and is excited to have this year’s NBWIB conference showcase some incredible leaders in the community to inspire the next generation. Madolyn Bush

Marketing Director

Madolyn Bush is the Marketing Director of the NBWIB conference. She is a first-year Business Administration student from UNB. She is a varsity athlete playing for the UNB Women’s soccer team. Madolyn is excited about the networking opportunities and wonderful people that will come with the 2021 NBWIB Conference. Jharana Luitel

Logistics Director

Jharana Luitel is the Logistic Director of NBWIB Conference. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration at the University of New Brunswick. She loves participating in leadership roles and enjoys volunteering for various events and organizations such as UNB Student Union, Girls STEM UP Conference 2021 She is excited to be part of NBWIB Conference 2021 because she believes that this conference will empower underrepresented group and will give motivation to dream big. Chelsea Campbell

INternal Director

Chelsea Campbell is our Internal Director for the 2021 NBWIB Conference. She is entering her second year of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the University of New Brunswick- Fredericton in September 2021. She is excited for the 2021 NBWIB Conference because she believes that those who are underrepresented in the field of business deserve to learn how to reach their full potential. Emma Rose

External Director

Emma Rose is the External Director of the NBWIB Conference. She is entering her fourth year of her Bachelor of Business Administration with double concentrations in Marketing and International Business and double minors in Economics and French. She loves getting involved with the University and is currently completing a co-op work term at Second Nature Outdoors in Fredericton. She is excited to be part of the NBWIB Conference 2021 because she is excited to help foster a community of passionate and driven women to feel empowered and provide the opportunity to connect.
