Co-Founder/Co-Conference Chair

From Edmonton, Alberta, Molly Grace (or Molly) will be in her in third year of her Bachelor in Business Administration degree at the University of New Brunswick - Fredericton where she will complete majors in economics and finance and a concentration in marketing. She is heavily involved in numerous different projects and groups on campus. As Co-Conference Chair, she is excited to see her vision come into fruition. She cannot wait for attendees to experience the first NBWIB Conference and for people to gather to celebrate equity, diversity, and inclusion.

abby donald

Co-Marketing Director

From Margate, Prince Edward Island, Abby Donald is a third-year student in the Bachelor of Business Administration Program at the University of New Brunswick. Abby plans to graduate as a marketing major with a concentration in international business. Abby has always had a passion for business from growing up in a entrepreneurial family and learning the business ropes at a young age. This year Abby is excited to share this passion and to work alongside Maddy Graves as the Co-Marketing Directors for the New Brunswick Women in Business Conference!

Sarah albert-belanger

Delegate Director

Born in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Sarah is a third-year business student majoring in marketing at the University of New Brunswick. Outside of school, Sarah serves as the Women’s Councillor for the UNB Student Union, is a self-care enthusiast and advocates for women in under-represented areas such as STEM, business and politics. She has worked in various positions, ranging anywhere from politics, marketing and customer experience, making her a well-rounded individual. As the Delegate Director, Sarah wishes to provide a positive learning experience for all attendees, along with creating a memorable conference.

jenna o’brien

Logistics Director

From South Farmington, Nova Scotia, Jenna O’Brien is a third-year business administration student at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. She plans to graduate with an honours in human resources, a concentration in logistics, and a minor in French. Jenna is heavily involved within the UNB community through sports, residence life, and multiple groups across campus. As the Logistics Director, Jenna is eager to create a wonderful and empowering event for young women and she is so excited to see what this conference has to offer for its delegates.

morgan meade

Co-Founder/Co-Conference Chair

From Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador, Morgan Meade is a third-year business administration student at the University of New Brunswick. She plans to graduate with honours in finance before pursuing her passions in the field of law. Throughout her time at UNB, Morgan has been actively involved with campus life. She is a member of UNB’s Enactus team, an accounting tutor, and the VP Events on UNB’s Business Society. As Conference Co-Chair, Morgan seeks to deliver empowering conference that leaves all delegates feeling inspired, confident, and determined.

Maddy Graves

Co-Marketing Director

From Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Maddy Graves is a third-year student in the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the University of New Brunswick. During her next couple years, she will complete a major in marketing and a concentration in human resources. Throughout her time at the University, she was an active member in her residence and has participated in multiple case competitions. . Maddy is excited to share the role of Co-Marketing Director and is looking forward to creating a meaningful and positive experience for delegates.

Olivia reddin

Finance Director

From Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Olivia is in her third year of her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of New Brunswick (UNB). She is pursuing a major in human resources with a minor in sociology. Olivia has been heavily involved in many activities at UNB. She has many years of experience working in business both in the private and public sector. As a proponent for female empowerment, she is very excited to see the NBWIB Conference come to fruition. Olivia is excited to make a meaningful contribution to equity, diversity, and inclusion by combining the skills she has learned in the classroom conjointly with the skills learned the workforce as the team’s Finance Director.
